● The Refer a Friend Program is owned and operated by The Amazing Baby Company (TABC) - proud distributor of Baby Jogger in Australia.
● Refer a Friend Program is only available to Australian residents that have purchased their stroller at an Authorised Australian Retailer.
● The Refer a Friend Program only will apply for each new friend who purchases a stroller and registers their stroller following purchase from August 1st 2018.
● The Registration for the Refer a Friend Program is only open up until 31st December 2019.
● While stocks last, prizes may be replaced by another product of equal value at TABC's discretion.
● Those persons in the Refer a Friend Program will earn points for every friend that purchases and registers their stroller with Baby Jogger Strollers Australia and submits their unique referrer code.
● The Baby Jogger personalised plates are compatible with the following Baby Jogger models only - City Premier, City Mini, City Mini double, City Mini GT, City Mini GT double, City Elite, and City Summit.
● Please allow up to 12 weeks for your plates to be custom made and delivered. Unfortunately this option will not be available for the City Tour, City Tour Lux, or the City Select Lux
● The Amazing Baby Company is the proud Australian distributor of Baby Jogger (a subsidiary of Newell Brands Inc.)
● The Amazing Baby Company (distributor of Baby Jogger products in Australia) would like to keep in touch in regards to the Refer a Friend Program as well as other emails. We may use your email address to send you promotions, events and other communications. We will not share your contact details with any other third parties.
● The Amazing Baby Company reserves the right to cancel this Refer a Friend Program but only if circumstances arise outside of its control.
● The Refer a Friend program is not open to any person who is an employee of The Amazing Baby Company (TABC) or any employees who work for retailers where Baby Jogger is sold.
